Specifity: The mouse monoclonal antibody MPO421-8B2 recognizes human myeloperoxidase, a heme protein present in intracellular granules of myeloblasts, neutrophils and monocytes. It is a marker of acute myelogenous leukemias and acute lymphoblastic leukemias.
