Anti-HLA-E Biotin is available at Gentaur for Next Week Delivery.
Product Short Name: HLA-E
Other Names: [HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain E; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain E; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain E; major histocompatibility complex, class I, E; MHC class I antigen E]
Product Gene Name: [HLA-E]
Other Gene Names: [HLA-E; HLA-E; QA1; HLA-6.2; HLA-6.2; HLAE]
Clonality:
Isotype: IgG1
Clone: [MEM-E/07]
Host: Mouse
Reactivity: Human
Specifity: The antibody MEM-E/07 recognizes an extracellular epitope on native surface-expressed HLA-E, but not denaturated heavy chain of HLA-E. HLA-E belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib; nonclassical) and it is expressed on many types of the human cells. The published results revealed that the antibody cross-reacts with some classical MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ia): HLA-B7 (strongly), HLA-B8 (moderately), HLA-B27, -B44 (weakly).
Purity: The purified antibody is conjugated with biotin-LC-NHS under optimum conditions. The reagent is free of unconjugated biotin.
Form: Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution with 15 mM sodium azide
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Storage Stability: Store at 2-8 degree C.
Tested Application: Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin
