I measured IgG in saliva samples with the human IgG ELISA kit. Two saliva samples from healthy controls were used, each were diluted at 1:10000, 1:100000, 1:1000000, 1:10000000 with assay diluent.

Reaction Time
It is better to observe the plate to be able to stop the reaction early if necessary. In our case (we stopped after 5 minutes) already 2 values of the calibration curve were no longer measurable (OD too high)
