DESCRIPTION: Phosphate based buffer to prepare ELISA grade collagen for assays
APPLICATION: Use to dilute collagen for plate coating (96-well plates)
QUANTITY: 10 ml
FORM: Solution, pH 7.5 (contains 0.05% NaN3)
USAGE:
1. Prepare 1X collagen dilution buffer. Dilute 1 ml of 10X Collagen Dilution Buffer with 9 ml
of cold (refrigerated) distilled water.
2. Add 100 µl of ELISA grade collagen solution (0.5 mg/ml) to the 10 ml of 1X collagen dilution
buffer as prepared in Step 1
3. Add 100 µl of the diluted collagen solution to each well and incubate at 4°C overnight.
Cover the ELISA plate with a plate sealer or food wrap to prevent evaporation.
