is giving a lecture that provides an overview of several commonly used clinical SD bioline and Abbott's diagnostic tests used to characterize patient samples, each of which are based on principles of antibody-antigen recognition. This includes ABO blood typing, Coombs testing, ELISAs testing for fixed antigens, and leukocyte isolation for further functional and flow cytometric analyses.
